Hello and welcome to our new online art class! I hope you guys were able to work on your take home packets and enjoyed some of the projects listed. For the next several weeks you will be asked to look at the art blog for the most recent art assignments. I'll go over a few different ways we can explore handing in materials, different lessons and other important questions:

FAQ's

1. How do I hand in my artwork?

There are two options - you may take a picture and send it to me via email or you may hold onto your artwork and hand it in when we return to school.

2. How long should I be working on my art?

If you are in K-4th grade please be working on your art for 35 minutes a week. If you are in 5th-8th then 45-55 minutes a week. Of course, if you are enjoying the project and want to spend extra time on your work then go for it!

3. Can I explore different art projects?

YES! I will provide you with assignments every week but if you would like to take this opportunity to explore a different media and have the materials and tutorials at home then go for it! I just ask that you document your progress and let me know ahead of time what your plan is.

4. How do I get my work on the art blog?

If you submit artwork to me via email and let me know you would like me to consider it to be posted on the blog then I will post it so everyone can see!

5. How awesome is Mrs. Stevens?

Very awesome.
